Prestwood Software  “The Software Development Company”
Mike Prestwood literally “wrote the book” on Paradox:   several of them, in fact. His site is a thorough and comprehensive place to find information, outsourcing services, staffing, and contracted support, among many other things. This is a full-service consultancy which encompasses not only Paradox but also a variety of other technologies, including ASP. Once you start exploring this website, you'll want to spend some time there.

Diamond Software Group, Inc.
This site is an excellent source of information about Paradox for Windows®, Paradox for DOS®, and Delphi®. This is a legal source for acquiring older, but properly-licensed versions of both Paradox for Windows and DOS, so if you've “lost your floppies,” these are the folks to ask.  (The “ultimate disclaimers” page on this site is a treat not to be missed!)

The Paradox Community
This is one of the most comprehensive sources of information about Paradox on the web, as well as a focal point and general hangout for its most active community-members.   This site also hosts several useful Usenet news-groups, and contains a very large list of other Paradox-related links.

The International Paradox Association™
This group champions Paradox within Europe and hosts a convention once a year.   It is a very active group with a tremendous amount of Paradox expertise among their membership.

Crooit Software
A well-respected Paradox for Windows application developer and source for developer tools.

Babstsoft (Germany)
One of the founders of the International Paradox Association and a highly influential Paradox developer in Europe.

SSII Gibbon Informatique (France)
One of the leading Paradox development resources in France.
